Line Item Catalog/ Warranty Reference

IntegraTech has years of customer/warranty service experience and has performed thousands of walkthroughs. We have taken our experience and applied it to an easy to use line item catalog. When entering a line item into the Punch List Partner, you are given a drop down catalog to choose from when addressing the concern. These items are organized alphabetically and associated to a room or location to help limit the scope of the look-up. Most of these catalog items are set-up to fill in the blank with measurement or key details.

When a builder registers with IntegraTech, they are asked to identify the warranty tolerances they want to be recognized in their homes. Builders can choose warranty tolerances from Residential Warranty Corporation, Industry Standards or Customized standards. The Punch List Partner has built in intelligence that compares most concerns to the warranty standard. The PLP tells the user if the concern exceeds warranty tolerance or not. This is a valuable function when setting realistic expectations with the homeowner. The user can provide detailed warranty explanation to the homeowner directly from the PLP.
