IntegraTech creates Service orders at the time that a home is
enrolled into our Program. Service orders act as the template for
walkthrough punch list items to be compiled with images. When the
service orders (walkthroughs) are scheduled on the IntegraTech
Interactive Website, they are posted for download to the IntegraTech
Desktop. Once downloaded to the Desktop, selected service orders
are automatically transferred to the Punch List Partner (PLP).
Once a walkthrough is completed, the PLP automatically
updates the IntegraTech Desktop with the completed walkthrough.
The IntegraTech
Desktop uploads the completed service orders to the Interactive
Website. IntegraTech’s Administrative Staff manages the complete
administration of the walkthrough including release of work orders
and follow-up with homeowners and subcontractors.
